Biographical Sketch

Born in Lewistown, Montana on June 25, 1956; admitted to the bar in 1982, Montana and U.S. District Court, District of Montana and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals; Mr. O’Neill has practiced the entirety of his career in Polson, Montana and has been a member of this firm since 1986. Mr. O’Neill is our litigation specialist with significant verdicts and settlements in the following areas:

Personal Injury
Medical and Legal Malpractice
Products Liability and
Aviation Law
